Story number 1: Cows
Now a little bit of backstory is that my companion knew a lot of missionaries in Uganda. Some of those missionaries said "they would go back to get wives". My comp did not like the idea of coming to Mzantsi to get a wife. His reasoning is that the money he would use to get to South Africa would be enough to buy, not one, but two dairy cows. Now that is just the trip here, so he could also get a nice bull with the money for the way back and have many cows. But long story short he doesn't want to come back to SA for a wife,because of cows.
Story number 2: Part Member Families
One of the ladies we are teaching is the mother of two members. She is so powerful. The last time we were at this house she told us first thing, " You will see me at church on sunday." We were super happy. AND SHE WAS THERE! Then we followed up on her reading of the Book of Mormon, and she read with intense understanding. Part member families are awesome.
